Most services require on-site fitting at Lusso HQ. Some products are available for direct purchase through our online shop.
A 10% deposit is required to secure bookings for campervan conversions or fitted products. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Remaining balances are payable on or before completion.
We reserve the right to adjust lead times depending on workload, vehicle type, or part availability. Customers will be notified of any delays.
All online product purchases are processed via WooCommerce and Stripe with 3D Secure protection. Some high-value or fitted items may require collection or installation at our Bradford HQ.
Products that require seat or part swaps will be clearly marked as Swap Required and must be completed on-site.
All conversions and upholstered products are handmade in-house. Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle specifications, styles, and finishes at time of ordering.
We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Due to the custom nature of our services, most products are non-refundable unless defective.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
All Lusso Campers conversions come with a 1-year workmanship warranty, covering defects in installation and materials under normal use.
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, external wear, or third-party fittings.
All content, imagery, graphics, and product designs remain the intellectual property of Lusso Campers. Copying, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Lusso Campers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
